Los Angeles--Online real estate information provider Move, Inc. has signed an exclusive three-year content distribution agreement to give MSN resale home, new home and rental listings.
As part of the agreement, which replaces a previous one signed by the two companies in 2003, MSN and Move.com will work collectively to develop new search tools and data access on the Move online network.
Visitors to MSN.com can currently access millions of Move.com real estate listings--which include detailed property information, video home tours, floor plans and information on 50,000 neighborhoods in 400 metro areas--in MSN's real estate section, accessible from the MSN home page.
The more than 94.8 million monthly MSN visitors can also connect directly with real estate agents, mortgage providers and professional movers via Move.com to help make the process of buying and selling a home easier.
"Enabling access to Move.com's comprehensive set of resale homes, new homes and rentals is a big win for our MSN Real Estate users," said Don Holtzinger, senior director of business development for MSN. "We're happy to continue our strong relationship with Move.com."
Microsoft's MSN Internet service portal also houses Hotmail, MSN Messenger, MSNBC News, Fox Sports and other informational sources.
Move's Web sites include REALTOR.com®, the official site of the National Association of REALTORS®, iMove.com™ (formerly Homestore.com®, RENTNET® and HomeBuilder.com®) and SeniorHousingNet™.
