Edgewater, N.J.—National Resources LLC recently broke ground on Edgewater Square, a new mixed-use community in Edgewater, N.J., on the Hudson riverfront. The development is being built to the standards of the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program.
When completed, Edgewater Square will include 420 luxury lofts and townhouses as well as the city’s Borough Hall and 61,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant space.
Levin Management has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Edgewater Square’s retail component.
The project is situated between the George Washington Bridge and the Lincoln Tunnel, which both provide access to Manhattan.
